Common questions
I do not have my own transport licence. Can I apply?
Yes, we also welcome beginners. We agree the B2B model, verify the driver and vehicle, and arrange the required formalities before fleet admission. The contract identifies the actual carrier and the basis for using the vehicle; the licence remains assigned to the carrier.
Do you help set up a company?
Yes. We help establish a Polish sole proprietorship (JDG) or a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.) and find an accounting service. We also help you learn how to organise transport work during our cooperation.
How much paperwork does SYNERGY FLEET handle?
95% of the paperwork: preparing invoices, processing orders, receiving CMR documents, assembling the payment documentation and sending it to the client by courier. The partner supplies the required transport documents.
When is a vehicle partner paid?
Standard payment is in 30–45 days under the B2B contract. You can choose a 5% early-payment discount and receive payment within 5 days after receipt of the original documents. The discount reduces the amount payable by 5%.
What vehicle can I offer?
Your own vehicle up to three years old. All freight vehicle types are considered, whether one vehicle or a fleet. We can also discuss leasing or an available vehicle in instalments with a 10% initial payment.
What terms apply to logistics companies?
Logistics companies have separate requirements: a large client base, strong credibility, settlement based on document scans and a payment term of no more than 30 days. Their early-payment discount is agreed individually; factoring is considered after security verification.
